Stage 1: Project Inception

 
  • > Pre-project consultation with Client
  • > Issue information gathering forms to Client for completion
  • > Tenderer Selection from Validated Contractor List
  • > Client Approval Confirmation

  • > Tender documentation created
  • > Site visit programme proposed
  • > Project created on e-tender platform
  • > Client approval of tender packs

Stage 3: Tender Period

 
  • > Release tender on e-tender platform to Tenderers
  • > Monitor tender and deal with any queries
  • > Tenders returned on e-tender platform

Stage 4: Post Tender Evaluation

 
  • > Pricing review, tender evaluation and analysis
  • > Error identification and clarification with Tenderers
  • > Report preparation

  • > Finalise tender report and submit to Client for review
  • > Liaise with Client regarding next stage of the process
  • > Award tender OR Post tender interviews
