Buying Force use our unique tender online management system to provide a streamlined the transparent qualitative process for all our procurement. This e-Tendering Platform (eTP) is not an e-auction, but instead a method of ensuring our process is fully auditable and time stamped. The eTP is used for the entire process, from tender project inception up to issuing the final tender report to the client. All the tender documentation is stored on the eTP platform, which acts as a virtual vault. It only releases the tender documentation to those who have been invited to tender, and ensures that all tenderers receive the same information at the same time. The tenderers then upload their tender submissions on to the eTP platform, where submissions are locked away until the tender submission deadline has passed. |  |
