> Supplier Accreditation - Become Accredited

We know that you are operating in a competitive marketplace, where every contract is hard-won, and reputation and reliability is paramount. To increase your appeal to contract and supply chain managers, the Buying Force accreditation status can provide a valuable form of independent external assurance, demonstrating your stability and dependability as a supply chain partner – helping you to win those vital projects.

The Buying Force accreditation process is robust, transparent and fair. A member of our specialist team will be assigned to your application, keeping you informed of progress at all stages, and working with you to ensure you get the most out of the process. To fit your company’s need, Buying Force offers the opportunity to achieve two levels of accreditation, either ‘Approved Supplier’ status, or ‘Validated Supplier’ status. The rigorous stages for achieving these levels are detailed here.

Why should I become accredited?

By achieving either the Approved or Validated supplier status you will be able to:

  • > Demonstrate your reliability and financial stability as a potential supplier, positioning your company as a low risk partner to potential business contacts
  • > Demonstrate your business’s skills-sets in your specialist areas and the regions you operate in
  • > Use the Buying Force accreditation stamp and certificate in your marketing materials
  • > Feature in an online showcase on the Buying Force website
  • > Widen contract possibilities through Buying Force’s close links to the property sector

Becoming an Approved Supplier is a fantastic achievement for your organisation.  In some sectors and in particular situations, your potential business partners may wish you to become a Validated Supplier. In order to achieve this status, the stages to becoming an Approved Supplier are augmented by a visit to your head office. During this visit a member of the specialist Buying Force Supply Chain team will undertake a comprehensive audit of your business systems in use, to assesses the extent to which they are embedded across the company. Buying Force will then work with you to ensure all your systems are sufficiently strong enough to meet the exacting standards clients expect. To achieve this level of accreditation demonstrates your commitment to transparency, though opening your business systems to external impartial and independent assessment.
