Buying Force conducts a rigorous supplier selection process, ensuring that we use the highest quality suppliers at all times.

• Buying Force has created a network of high quality suppliers, both regionally and nationally. The selection of high quality suppliers is paramount to the overall procurement process
• Rigorous three-stage appraisal process including – Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, Supplier Appraisal Visit and Reference Check. Providing Buying Force with an excellent evaluation tool in order to gauge the supplier's strengths locally, regionally and nationally
• Buying Force undertakes detailed financial, insurance and accreditation checks in addition to the appraisal process
• A thorough supplier vetting process is of the utmost importance to Buying Force and is an essential aspect of the overall risk management for our clients
• Rating suppliers' performance with respect to Health and Safety, Environment and Corporate Responsibility. This enables clients to select service providers which meet their own Environmental and Corporate Responsibility policies
• No charges are levied on suppliers to register with Buying Force to ensure that only the highest quality suppliers are attracted
• Suppliers are only considered 'preferred' once they have successfully completed all three stages of the Buying Force Appraisal Process
• Preferred suppliers are continually monitored and Buying Force works with suppliers through regular supplier development forums. This insures a process of continuous improvement as we strive towards developing world class suppliers
