René joined Buying Force in May 2008 as Finance Manager, also taking on the role of Office Manager in 2009. René has the responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Buying Force office. René has an Honours degree in business and 13 years of finance and accounts experience. She has worked in a variety of different accounts roles across a diverse range of industries. In particular, she spent five years working in the property industry, dealing with service charges and overseeing the day to day running of three serviced apartments sites. 020 3296 4785 |

Darren Pettit joined Buying Force in 2007 and has nine years procurement experience, is MCIPS qualified and has worked in both the services and manufacturing sectors. Darren is the Supply Chain Manager, and is the primary contact point between the Suppliers and Buying Force. Darren is responsible for monitoring, managing and assessing the suppliers wishing to achieve the Buying Force Approved or Validated status. Prior to taking on this role, Darren was a Procurement Account Manager at Buying Force, responsible for managing the tender process of cleaning, security, M&E, landscaping and lift maintenance service categories. 020 3296 4783 |

Oliver joined Buying Force on a three month secondment placement in 2005, becoming a permanent Procurement Account Manager in 2006. Oliver is now the Procurement Team Leader, responsible for overseeing the procurement arm of Buying Force and ensuring all tender projects are co-ordinated successfully, from project inception to completion. During his time at Buying Force, Oliver has been involved in a wide range of procurement exercises, tendering projects from single commercial properties to multi million pound shopping centres nationwide and has recently become MCIPS qualified.020 3296 4782 |

| Martyn Avis Procurement Account Manager |

Martyn joined Buying Force as a Procurement
Account Manager in April 2007, and has been working in the
procurement industry since 1997. He is MCIPS qualified. Previously Martyn spent 10 years in various roles for Citibank/Citigroup, including Purchase Order Processing Buying and Contract Management System (CMS) Project Manager.

Roy Bean |

Roy Bean joined the Buying Force team in 2011 as a Procurement Account Manager. He manages the procurement of cleaning, security, M&E, landscaping and lift maintenance services, including comprehensive management of the tender and contractor selection process. Roy has six years of procurement and project management experience in both private and public sector organisations. In the past he has been responsible for awarding OJEU tenders, project managing a comprehensive refurbishment of a grade II listed London office building, and managing contractor performance during the completion stages of the former London Stock Exchange refurbishment. 020 3296 4784 |

Susan has been with Buying Force for five years, working in both the procurement and supply chain arms of the business. She is now part of the supply chain team, dealing with PQQ submissions, progressing supplier applications and maintaining the Supply Chain database. She also manages Buying Force’s ISO 14001 accreditation, ensuring compliance with the standard’s requirements. Prior to joining Buying Force, Susan worked for the Argos Retail Group as an administrator for the Property Development and Maintenance Teams. Her role included managing the Maintenance Help Desk for the Homebase stores as well supporting the Property and Estates surveyors. 020 3296 4780 |
